From new member to Diamond member — every step of your journey at dolar99 is rewarded with real benefits. Level up, earn points, and enjoy privileges you won't find anywhere else.
The dolar99 VIP Program is our way of saying thank you to loyal and active players. It is more than just a standard points system — it is a rewards system designed to deliver real value for every ringgit you invest in your gaming experience with us.
Many players who joined dolar99 never initially expected their daily gaming activity to lead to such meaningful rewards. Yet that is exactly what happens — every wager you place accumulates VIP points, and those points unlock progressively higher membership tiers with increasingly exclusive benefits.
What makes the dolar99 VIP programme stand out is that it's designed for all types of players — not just high rollers. Your consistency and loyalty are equally valued. Players who play regularly every day will see their VIP points grow steadily, moving them up the tiers over time.
And as you climb to higher tiers, the difference is real — higher cashback, faster withdrawals, larger deposit limits, exclusive bonuses unavailable to regular members, and what many value most — a personal account manager reachable directly via phone.
From Bronze to Diamond — every tier brings more privileges.
Each tier comes with its own benefits package. The higher the tier, the more exclusive the privileges.
When people hear VIP program, many immediately think of cashback and bonuses alone. But the dolar99 VIP program goes far beyond that. We believe VIP members deserve a different experience — not just financially, but in every aspect of their time on the platform.
One of the most valued perks among dolar99 VIP members is withdrawal speed. While regular members may wait several hours for withdrawals to process, Gold members and above enjoy withdrawals processed within 30 minutes or less. For Diamond members, withdrawals are processed instantly — no waiting at all.
Higher deposit limits are also a practical perk that serious players greatly appreciate. dolar99 VIP members can deposit more in a single day compared to the standard limit, giving them the flexibility to play on their own terms and at their own pace.
The higher your VIP tier, the greater the weekly cashback percentage you receive — up to 30% for Diamond members.
VIP member withdrawal requests are processed ahead of the queue — significantly shorter processing times compared to regular members.
Gold VIP members and above get access to a priority support channel with faster response times handled by experienced managers.
Birthday bonuses, monthly gifts, VIP-only promotions, and special surprises not available to regular members.
Benefits that make the dolar99 VIP program one of the best in Malaysia.
Platinum and Diamond members get a dedicated personal VIP manager they can reach directly for any needs.
Instant withdrawals for Diamond members — your winnings arrive in your bank account without delay.
There is no cap on the maximum cashback amount for the highest VIP members — the bigger you play, the bigger your returns.
Gold VIP members and above get early access to the latest slots and games before they launch to the public.
Dolar99 celebrates your birthday with a special bonus credited directly to your account on your special day.
Exclusive tournaments and special championships for VIP members only, with generous cash prizes.
VIP members can play with higher betting limits — ideal for players who want to play at a more serious level.
Redeem your VIP points for game credits, cash bonuses, or exclusive gifts through the VIP rewards store.
Earning VIP points at dolar99 is straightforward and requires no extra steps. Every time you play — whether it's slots, live casino, table games, or sports betting — a portion of your wager amount is automatically recorded as VIP points.
The points accumulation ratio varies by game type. Slot games generally offer a higher accumulation ratio compared to live casino games, which have a lower house edge. Full details on accumulation ratios can be found in the VIP section of your account.
To move up a tier, you need to accumulate a set number of VIP points within the designated evaluation period. Your tier is reviewed monthly — if you have enough points, you move up automatically. If you don't maintain the required points, there is a loyalty grace period before your tier is downgraded, giving you time to hold onto your status.
For Diamond members, this tier is granted by personal invitation based on a thorough evaluation by the dolar99 VIP team. This ensures Diamond members receive truly focused, personalised attention and treatment.
